Lewd Conduct 
Penalties for an individual charged with lewd conduct can be as severe as six months in jail. Lewd conduct is charged when the alleged perpetrator engages in sexual acts while unmarried that can be considered lascivious.

Statutory Rape 
Statutory rape is charged when an individual engages in sexual intercourse with a minor. If the child is aged 12 and younger, the crime is punishable by 5 years in prison. Sexual intercourse with a child between the age of 13 and 15 can be punished by up to 10 years in prison.

Indecent Exposure
If you are charged with indecent exposure, you will need the aggressive attention of a knowledgeable attorney. If it is proven that the alleged perpetrator exposed his or her private parts intentionally, up to one year incarceration can be expected.

Prostitution and Solicitation
